Busy days. Carpools. Homework. Sports. Long work hours. And thenHebrew school.
For many modern Jewish families, it felt like one commitment too many.

Devin Schain didn’t set out to build a global Jewish education organization. He set out to solve a simple, human problem: How do we make Jewish learning meaningful without asking families or kids to choose between Judaism and real life?

Debi Himelfarb brings more than 20 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and organizational transformation across education technology organizations. She currently serves as Senior Director of Sales Operations at PowerSchool, where she partners with executive and middle management to improve alignment, streamline systems, and translate strategy into clear, actionable execution. Previously, Debi served as Chief Operating Officer of ShalomLearning, helping scale the organization nationally and build the operational foundation that supports its mission today. She holds a B.A. from Rutgers College and is passionate about adult learning, clear communication, and strengthening organizations that serve learners and communities.
