Previously, Debi served as Chief Operating Officer of ShalomLearning, helping scale the organization nationally and build the operational foundation that supports its mission today. She holds a B.A. from Rutgers College and is passionate about adult learning, clear communication, and strengthening organizations that serve learners and communities.
